Pediatric Chiropractic Care

Did you know that in the first five years of life, the body produces more neural pathways than at any other time? From learning to crawl or walk to participating in sports and focusing in school, the body is always going through developmental and structural changes to grow and adapt. Chiropractic care for babies and kids is a natural and effective approach to ensure that your child's body is best equipped to take on these changes! A balanced and properly moving spine ensures an efficiently communicating nerve system, which results in your child's body functioning at its best. At Connection Cafe we provide care to babies just hours old, active

toddlers, kids experiencing learning difficulties or social delay, and active kids and teenagers. It's never too early or too late to get checked by a chiropractor!

Chiropractic care for children and babies is incredibly gentle. The amount of pressure used to adjust a baby can be compared to the amount of force that may be used to test the ripeness of a tomato at the grocery store. We recommend having children get under chiropractic care even if they lack symptoms or hallmarks of developmental difficulties. It is often in utero or during the birthing process that children develop their first subluxations, and then compensations occur thereafter. Bringing children to a chiropractor trained in pediatric care is imperative for vital neurodevelopment and ease to their little systems. A body that functions optimally creates and supports healthy immune function as well as increases the ability to integrate and adapt to daily life experiences!
